James Mottershead is a recording & mix Engineer based in the UK. While studying for a BSc in Music Technology and Audio Systems James landed his first studio job as a runner and worked tirelessly in the studio learning his craft while studying for a BSc in Music Technology and Audio Systems . Upon finishing his studies James joined The Chairworks (then under Miloco management) and really cut his teeth with producers such as; Ken Thomas, Simon Humphrey, John Williams and Owen Morris in which time James became the Chairwork's Chief Engineer...

At a very young age Roelf heard electronic ambient music for the first time, on a small transistor radio. It triggered his interest for electronics, synthesizers and music production in general. As a teenager he released his first cassette album and continued to produce and compose music for other artists as well. He set up his own independent label and built his own recording studio Venonza Records, just after receiving his audio engineering degree from the University of Utrecht, The Netherlands...
